get_flat_samples¶

Extract flattened post-burn-in MCMC samples from an emcee sampler.
Burn-in and thinning are derived from the maximum estimated autocorrelation time.
- Returns:
- flat_samplesnp.ndarray
Flattened chain with shape
(nsamples, ndim).- maxtaufloat
Maximum integrated autocorrelation time across parameters.
