save_flat_samples¶

Write flattened posterior samples, with their parameter names, to one file.
- Parameters:
- outrootstr
Output root of the run; the file is
<outroot>_samples.npz.- flat_samplesnp.ndarray
Flattened samples, shape
(nsamples, ndim), in the sampler’s local coordinates – the same ones thed<par>_*result fields describe.- labelslist of str
Parameter label per column, as passed to the sampler.
- Returns:
- str
The file name written.
