ell1fit.phase_utils.fast_phase(times, frequency_derivatives)

Calculate pulse phase from the frequency and its derivatives.

Dispatches on how many derivatives there are, and on how many times: these are elementwise polynomials, so threading them repays its launch cost only for very long files – see _PHASE_PARALLEL_MIN. The reference time each file is folded against is a single element, and used to cost 108 us of a 1.2 ms posterior evaluation.
