Parameters:

t, y, vararray-like

Times, values and variances (None for equal weights).

freqarray-like

Trial frequencies, in inverse units of t.

Returns:

powerndarray

1 - chi2(f) / chi2_const, between 0 and 1.

coeffsndarray, shape (len(freq), 3)

(c0, a, b) at each frequency.
