local_f1_statistics

ell1fit.spin_stats.local_f1_statistics(table)

Mean and scatter of the F1 values measured within each epoch.

Epochs with no measured F1 (NaN) are skipped. mean includes the intrinsic scatter in its weights (see the module docstring); formal_weighted_mean is the plain inverse-variance mean, whose formal_chi2 against dof says how far the local values exceed their errors.
