ell1fit.phase_utils._calculate_absolute_phases(times_from_pepoch, parameters, tolerance=1e-08)

Compute unwrapped pulse phases and orbital phases for each file.

Returns:

pulse_phaseslist of arrays

Pulse phase in cycles, counted from PEPOCH_i and offset by Phase_i; not wrapped.

orbital_phaseslist of arrays

(t - TASC_i) / PB_i wrapped to [0, 1), in the observed (not deorbited) time, with the per-file epoch offsets applied.
