ell1fit.phase_utils._calculate_phases(times_from_pepoch, parameters, tolerance=1e-08)

Compute pulse phases for each file given spin and ELL1 orbital parameters.

Returns the fractional phase in [0, 1); see _calculate_absolute_phases() for the unwrapped phase and the orbital phase.
