ell1fit.profile_plotting.plot_phaseogram(phases, times, fname, weights=None, nbin=32, pepoch=None)

Plot the folded profile over the phaseogram of one event list.

The single-solution counterpart of _compare_phaseograms(), used by ell1fold. phases in [0, 1), times in seconds from PEPOCH; nbin phase bins per pulse cycle; pepoch (MJD) goes into the time label. Returns the path written.
