add_figure_format_argument

ell1fit.plotting.add_figure_format_argument(parser)

Add --figure-format to a command-line parser.

The entry point is expected to pass the parsed value straight to set_figure_format(); None there means “nothing was asked for”, which leaves the environment variable and the default in charge.
